This is a little thanks for all your support through the years, dA friends. :) I did say I was going to post the process of "A Matter of Perspective," but I figured I'd go a step above and beyond. It's not really a tutorial, but hope you guys find this useful nonetheless. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
I put everything together in Photoshop CS3. Spent quite a few hours trying to make this look nice. I had this sitting on my hard drive for about 3 weeks before I finally finished it today. Let me know if there are any spelling mistakes!

Enjoy!

This is absolutely amazing! How did you learn all of these cool digital painting tricks? I've been playing around with some digital painting but I am NO WHERE near as good as you! I'd like to perhaps take a class on digital art.

Sorry for the terribly late reply. I'm bad at checking DA messages lately.

I've never taken a class in digital art so I can't vouch on their effectiveness, but I'm sure the right instructor can teach you amazing things. As for myself, I think the key is to play less and play effectively more. Do digital with all the intent to study it, and you'll probably see some more rapid improvement.

nice & thank you...its a shame that this was not an option for the top 3...I just don't get how Disney sometimes operates...this is definitely more skilled than the 1st place winner
